Timothy M. Downs, DPM, FACFAS
Dr. Downs is the Chief of Podiatric Surgery at Lowell General Hospital. He is Board Certified in Foot Surgery by the American Board of Foot & Ankle Surgery, and is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. He is an Alumnus of the Association for the Study of Osteosynthesis (AO-International). Dr. Downs lectures extensively throughout the Merrimack valley on a wide range of topics related to the Lower Extremity. In addition, he is on staff at Lowell General Hospital, Anna Jaques Hospital, Lawrence General Hospital, and Holy Family Hospital.
Currently, Dr. Downs, and his family live on the North Shore. He is a former collegiate Rower and has competed internationally. He continues to remain active athletically through his participation in road races, triathlons and recreational rowing on the Merrimack river.
Matthew H. Riordan, DPM, FACFAS
Dr. Matthew H. Riordan completed his training at the Cambridge Health Alliance in 2012, where he held the title of Clinical Fellow in Surgery at Harvard University and served as chief resident in his final year of training. He is Board Certified in Foot Surgery by the American Board of Foot & Ankle Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.
He is on staff at Lowell General Hospital, Lawrence General Hospital, and Anna Jaques Hospital.
Dr. Riordan and his family live on the North Shore. He is an active outdoor enthusiast who enjoys surfing, snowboarding, biking, hiking, and golf. He looks forward to continuing to serve the North shore community.
Patricia Kim, DPM
Dr. Patricia Kim studied neuroscience at Middlebury College, Middlebury, VT, and completed her doctorate degree at Temple University School of Podiatry Medicine, Philadelphia, PA. She completed three years of residency training at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, a teaching affiliate of Harvard University.
Dr. Kim has extensive training in all aspects of foot and ankle surgery including sports medicine, trauma, pediatrics, diabetic limb salvage, and flatfoot reconstruction. She also participated in international mission trips with experience in congenital and idiopathic pedal deformities including external and internal fixation.
She is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association as well as the Association of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. Dr. Kim grew up on the North Shore and is excited to return to the area. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends as well as hiking, reading, and traveling.
